Después de un año de rápidos reveses, presupuestos reducidos y otras limitaciones y restricciones, muchos se verán aliviados al ver las últimas semanas de 2020 avanzando, mientras nos acercamos a un nuevo amanecer, a raíz de la pandemia COVID-19.
